Safer Internet Day 2018
Safer Internet Day is celebrated around the world on Tuesday 6th February 2018 and this year the theme is Create, connect and share respect: a better internet starts with you.
Everyone has their part to play in making the internet a better place, including you!
We will be holding a special assembly next week, children will be following this learning up in class and after half term we have organised an evening session for parents on Tuesday 27th March at 7pm in the Main Hall.
Safer Internet Day is a fantastic opportunity to have a conversation with your child about using the internet safely, responsibly and positively. Whether you are a parent, grandparent, foster carer, aunt, uncle or older sibling – we can all play a role in empowering children to enjoy their time online!
This year, there is a particular focus on the role of the internet in young people’s lives in terms of their relationships and digital wellbeing.
