Mindfulness Taster Sessions
We are very excited to be able to offer parents and carers the opportunity to try something new. We all lead busy lives and it is too easy to neglect ourselves.

Want to learn if Mindfulness can make a
difference to you as a parent or carer?
Mindfulness is simply paying attention to what is happening in the here and now (your thoughts, emotions and sensations) in a non-judgemental way. With practice, mindfulness can be become a very powerful tool to help cope with life’s stresses and strains.
There are 2 free sessions available to parents and carers to drop into:
Wednesday 20th March 2019, 9.30-10.30am
Tuesday 26th March 2019, 9.30-10.30am
The taster will comprise of guided meditation and access to audios that can be used after the session.
There is no need to book, just turn up at the Blue House (Breakfast club room) and sign in there from 9.15am for a prompt start at 9.30am.

Following these taster sessions, you may decide to join a more in-depth Mindfulness based stress reduction (MBSR), the most recognised and established mindfulness course, taught all over the world, and scientifically proven to help people cope better with stress, depression and anxiety.
